I call bullshit! cops are ALWAYS trying to set the innocent young black men up just so they can meet their arrest quota! Now if he was really throwing up signs and he was gang affiliated he wouldn't give a fuck about getting back into school. If he was gang affiliated he wouldn't care. He seems like a good kid to me! Cops stop fuckin wit the good kids and go arrest the ones that have a negative affect on the community
