Gucci Mane Committed To Mental Health Treatment
The 30-year-old rapper -- real name Radric Davis -- appeared in a Georgia courtroom yesterday after filing a "Special Plea of Mental Incompetency" ... in which he explained he was in no state to "intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing."
Gucci is accused of violating his probation by allegedly getting in an altercation during a November traffic stop.
According to the document, the judge ordered Gucci into custody -- and immediately committed the rapper into a mental health treatment facility pending an evaluation of his mental condition.
We're told Gucci is currently at the treatment facility.
Waka Flocka Flame Arrested
As of right now... I'm getting the details on exactly why he was arrested. I woke up this morning at around 3am to a message from a VERY reliable source (And NO I ain't on no media take out shit.) Waka was suppose to be shooting a music video with Lil Chuckee and MMI's very own CEO LA Da Boomman this thursday, but due to Waka, real name Jauquin James Malphurs, being locked up the video shoot had to be shut down. When I get more details I'll fill you guys in.
LiLo Caught Violating
Sources say a police lieutenant contacted L.A. County Deputy Probation Officer Barbara Parker shortly after Lindsay's December 12 run-in with Dawn Holland, asking her to come to Betty Ford and arrest Lindsay for violating her probation. When Parker told the lieutenant it would be premature to take such drastic action, we're told the lieutenant began arguing with her and it got "extremely heated."
We've learned after the call, the lieutenant's boss called Parker to apologize.
As TMZ reported earlier today, the police are now saying Lindsay violated her probation by committing a battery. What's interesting is that it's for the L.A. County Probation Department and ultimately a Beverly Hills judge -- not the police in Riverside County -- to conclude if Lindsay violated probation.
Sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Probation Department will take no action against Lindsay unless she's convicted of battery in Riverside County.

Damnit! This is the second time Waka has been arrested, Gucci been poppin so many pills I'm not surprised he's not competent to stand in his own defense, and I don't think Lindsey whooped up on that ex Betty Ford employee. Honestly as far as Waka is concerned? Its just certain niggas they should have never gave money, and as smart as waka is... He is one of those niggas. Some niggas get money and lose their gotdamn mind. As low key smart as Waka is... Hes just one of those people.
Gucci on the other hand has been poppin pills since he started his career in gotdamn '05! Like swagg damn nigga stop poppin them gotdamn X pills all gotdamn day. Its kinda funny how they pretty much confirmed what half of america (Excluding Atlanta) already knew... GUCCI MANE BOUT SLOW AS FUCK! Yeah I said it! The nigga is currently in a mental health facility because hes too slow to stand in his own defense in a court of law... Lord Jesus bless the children and enlighten the "Special".
Last but not least, LiLo... LiLo weighs about 120 on a wet day, the Former Betty Ford worker looks like shes a good 160 on a dry day (Shes kinda thick). You can't tell me that white girl LiLo whooped up on the other bitch! Lindsey is off kilter a bit but shes not that crazy. LiLo has claimed more then once that the video tapes will prove differently from what the former employee has said so why not show the video tape to the courts to prove exactly WHO whooped up on who??? Simple solution to a problem thats really not all that complex.
