Half Of Detroit CAN'T Read or Write

This is something I never thought I'd see or hear. 47% of Detroit is functionally illiterate. If You don't know what illiterate means, it means that they can't read OR write. The can count money, They can sell ass/drugs, They can work a stripper pole, They can pop out kids like there is no fuckin tomorrow!!! But 47% of the city can't read or write. Here is the official report

According to estimates by The National Institute for Literacy, roughly 47 percent of adults in Detroit, Michigan -- 200,000 total -- are "functionally illiterate," meaning they have trouble with reading, speaking, writing and computational skills. Additionally, the report finds, one in three workers in the state of Michigan lack the skills or credentials to pursue additional education beyond high school. 
In March, the Detroit unemployment rate hit 11.8 percent, one of the highest in the nation.

 People we HAVE to do better. This is just a damn shame!!! You can quote a Waka Flocka song word for word, but you can't spell you're own gotdamn name!? PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE FUCK THEY DO DAT AT?
