You know, the woman that your man can now see himself with so he has left you to build something with her? Now some of you like to say "Oh well Seiko you've never been married so you wouldn't understand" I may have never been married but I do no the difference between a sideline and the other woman. Would you like to know the specifics to being a sideline?

Are you a sideline:

1. You only have his cell number: If this is the case then understand that if he EVER changes his number or cuts his phone off you are no longer a factor in his life.
2. He never takes you out: The only time you see him is when hes at your house, or He meets you at a hotel.
3. None of his family knows about you: If you pop up at his moms house and she looks at you like You're stupid? You're probably his sideline.
4. He calls you his "Cousin" or "Sister": When you call him and he refers to you as his "Cousin" or "Sister" he's low key letting you know he's laying with his girl.
5. You only get a text when he need some head: If you know he has a girl and the only time he hits you up is when he need his dick sucked hes letting you know that ya'll have no ties beyond sex.
6. He will NEVER leave his wife for you: You could have 10 of his babies, but he'll never leave his wife for you. It doesn't matter how good you suck dick, ride dick, take it in the ass, suck on balls... NONE OF THAT! He won't leave her for you.

Are You The Other Woman:

1. He shows you off: If he is perfectly okay with being in public with you and doesn't mind the hand holding, kissing, and public lovey dovey, you are the other woman
2. The Family knows about you: If his mother or grandmother has met you and she APPROVES of you, he is ready to build something with you.
3. He is comfortable spending time with you OUTSIDE the bedroom: If he doesn't mind cooking with you, playing the game with you, or just cuddling up in front of a movie? He is developing a bond with you.
4. He sees past your outward appearance: You may not be the most beautiful or even the smartest, but if he is willing to help you learn and he thinks you are gorgeous just the way you are, He cares for you beyond the physical.
5. He cherishes what he has with you: He wants to marry you. Not only does he want to marry you, but he has taken the necessary steps to building a future with you.

Married women, the other woman is not there to steal your man. She simply fell into his life at a point where he may have felt empty or alone. You can't blame the other woman for your estranged husband falling for her. She can't help that she doesn't nag him, or make him feel like hes beneath her. She makes him feel strong, smart, and she brings out the best in him. If you've been with someone for 10 years and you do nothing but bring the worse out of them you can't play the victim. You are your own worse enemy. Now, as far as sidelines go? Sidelines are there three or four years before you and your man split. In most cases, the woman your husband is sleeping with is a close friend. Someone you THOUGHT you could trust. You know, that female friend who is visibly cuter then you that you let borrow that pair of shoes. She conveniently brings them back when she KNOWS you are at work? Six months later you find yourself in the middle of a divorce because your bestfriend has been fuckin your husband for 2 years and "Love just happened". Married women learn the difference between the 2 before you start saying shit like "Well if single women would leave our men alone then maybe..." No ya dumb bitch, either your husband got sick of fighting all the time and he found someone he could relate to, or your husband just never gave a fuck about your feelings, but don't blame the women because IF that woman did seduce him, HE LET HER DO IT. The rep also explains that Fantasia "believed" Antwaun Cook when he told her "he was not happy in his marriage [to Paula Cook] and his heart was not in it."

Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly.

Fantasia believed Mr. Cook when he told her he was not happy in his marriage and his heart was not in it. She believed him when he told her he and Mrs. Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr. Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere.

He even took her there. One of Mr. Cook’s most redeeming qualities was his complete devotion to his children. Fantasia fell in love with Mr. Cook and believed that he loved her.

Fantasia and Mr. Cook dated on and off for about eleven months. The pressure of the constant media attention was hard on their relationship. Fantasia gave inconsistent interviews about the status of her relationship with Mr. Cook because sometimes they were on and sometimes they were off.

When they were on, they spent most of their time together when she was not traveling with work.
