Bobbi Kristina Photo'd Snorting Coke?

So me and the Brodie uncle Justin were on the phone last night making jokes about Bobby and Whitney and their coke habits. It's kinda crazy because I said "Wouldn't it be hilarious if we walked into the studio to see Bobbi Kristina snorting a mountain of cocain?" and sure enough! Shes been caught snorting coke. The pictures will be in the March issue of The National Inquirer. She is OFFICIALLY out of control, but I blame the parents! Bobby and Whitney use to do drugs all the time! Don't be surprised that your 17 year old daughter is doing it! thats just completely ignorant! I think they need an intervention for her before she ends up in rehab with El Debarge (I Love you El and I pray that your doing okay).

Lindsey Lohan Gets a Break

We've learned the second test Lindsay failed showed a positive reading for Adderall, but the L.A. County Probation Department is not recommending jail time for that violation -- because there is an ambiguity in the paperwork that went from the court to the Probation Office.

The Probation Department is recommending 30 days probation for the first failed drug test which showed a positive reading for cocaine.

Now here's where it gets interesting ... Judge Elden Fox has a couple of options on Friday.  He could sentence Lindsay on the spot to 30 days in jail for the cocaine violation ... but because of overcrowding Lindsay would be released the same day.

Judge Fox's other option is to deny her bail, throw her in jail and set a hearing that would take place 30 days later.  Under this scenario, Lindsay would not be released early -- she'd sit in jail for 30 days until her hearing.  We're told judges do this "all the time" when they want to make sure a defendant does the time.

I personally feel like they need to stop giving the celebrities a break. If it was a everyday average person there wouldn't have been a break! They would have locked the average person up for 30 days and that would have been it. T.I. and Tiny might go to jail but Lindsey gets caught with drugs, goes to rehab, fails 2 drugs tests consecutively and she gets off scott free? I call bullshit. I call bullshit, fuckery and pure tee favortism.

TMZ has obtained the police report from the incident, in which LVMPD officials state a bathroom attendant at the Hard Rock Hotel informed security "there was a man in the bathroom stall with possibly a man using drugs."

According to the report, the attendant went on to say he could "see a male in a striped red shirt with a baggy of white powder substance."

Once law enforcement officers made their move -- cops say they asked Bruno to "give over whatever narcotics he had." According to the report, Bruno then "pulled out a white powder substance, which was consistent with cocaine, from his left-front jeans pocket."

Cops say Bruno --aka Peter Hernandez-- "admitted he did a foolish thing and has never used drugs before."

The report shows ... once the substance "came back positive for cocaine," Bruno was shipped off to the Clark County Detention Center and booked for possession of narcotics.

Now it is very clear to me that this young man is quiet unstable. His father said he was using Crystal methamphetamine, and often times meth heads don't have the mental capability to think out things like this situation, especially if they are long time users. He could honestly be just that insane, on the other had he could just be slow enough to think that the cops would believe his story. You guys watch the video and tell me what you think.

While some are not too thrilled about this, I honestly think that its a good idea. Crack addiction is bad in itself. Any drug addiction is bad, but at least giving out free pipes and needles will keep people from sharing needles and eventually contracting Hepatitis, or even worse HIV/AIDS. I personally don't feel like this is irresponsible. Contrary to what many may think, and I'm going to say this especially to those of you who feel like addicts are "An abomination to God," did you ever stop to think that reaching out to the addicts and giving them kind words might help them WANT to get clean and sober? Yeah your giving them clean needles to shoot up, but thats just like giving your 18 year old daughter condoms even though you feel like fornication is wrong! Yes its wrong, but you can't stop them so why not atleast make sure their being safe about it? What do you think?
